Shipping Policy
USA orders
All orders will ship via economy shipping (7 transit days or less) when shipping to US states and is in stock. Buyer is responsible for shipping charges via other shipping methods or shipping outside of the US or to US territories. Expedited shipping methods are available including 3-day, 2-day, and Overnight service. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges displayed at checkout when using one of these services. Meridian Security Partners, LLC, will not ship to PO boxes or freight forwarders. Please give a physical, commercial, verifiable address at checkout.
International orders
Orders shipping to other locations outside of the United States not available.
Lead Times
Due to supply chain distribution lead times from different manufacturers can effect when a product ships please email MeridianSP@icloud.com, for an updated list of lead times.
Return & Exchange Policy
Product Satisfaction
Meridian Security Partners, LLC, offers a convenient return policy. You may return your purchase if the product is unopened and unused within 30 days of receipt for a refund of the purchase price excluding shipping charges. All products MUST be returned 100% complete, and contain ALL original boxes, packing materials, plastic caps, manuals, and all other accessories/documentation provided by the manufacturer.
RETURN/REFUND PROCESS:
All returns must have a pre-approved RMA number before returning to Meridian Security Partners, LLC, for refund.
Please fill out the Return Request Form or contact your Meridian Security Partners, LLC, sales representative at admin@meridiansecuritypartners.com to receive an RMA number.
All returned products must be in original condition and packaging, otherwise, additional charges may be applied.
Please include a copy of your original invoice and your contact information (email or phone number) with your return order. Also, include a brief note on the invoice if you have any additional information that you would like to provide.
Return the product using your preferred shipping method to our Return Center address (see below). It may take up to 7 business days to process your return after we receive your product. No Restocking Fee will be applied if an item is returned within the 30 day period. A 15% restocking fee will be applied after the 30 day period.

We recommend choosing a shipping method with a tracking service for any returns. Save your return tracking number, and if possible, email it to us so that we can track the return. It is important that you save the tracking number and insure the package you are returning in case any issues during transit occur.
If we shipped you the wrong or defective item: You have the option of exchanging it for the correct item or returning it for a full refund. Customers must confirm their eligibility for an exchange or refund with Meridian Security Partners, LLC, before sending items back.
Unopened and Unused Products
All unopened and unused products can be returned within 30 days for a full refund subject to inspection from Meridian Security Partners, LLC, with the exception of programmed access credentials, custom printed items, and some ID design softwares. Mobile Credentials are not refundable and cannot be re-issued for any reason. A restock fee may apply to some returns as well.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Many orders can be canceled at no charge up until shipment. When your order ships, you will receive an email Notification for your order. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled and will be treated as returns. ​
